Step two
Complete your brochure & book a call
Once you receive your build brochure complete the questionnaire and send it back to us.
Once received we will review and book your first phone call to discuss your ideas.
Step three
Design call
Now is your opportunity to tell us all your ideas. Spare no detail!
Before your call take some time and write out questions you want to ask.
It's extremely useful to have photos and layouts from other campervans as inspiration to show us.
Step four
Terms and conditions and estimated quote
5 working days after your design call we will send you a build estimate.
We will also send you our terms & conditions.
Step five
Deposit - Book your build slot
Now that we have narrowed down what you're looking for, estimated cost and timeline we will book you into our calendar with a non-refundable deposit of £2000.
Once received along with the signed T&C's your spot is confirmed.
Step six
Choosing your van
Now the fun begins.
If you haven't already purchased a van we will help with your search and assist in finding one that matches what you want.
Please note that we only advise and can not purchase the van on your behalf.
Step seven
Designing your campervan
Working closely with our designer you will draw up a layout, decide on material, colours and the general aesthetics of your campervan.
Step eight
Time to build
It's finally build day. Having dropped off your van our build team will get started on building your campervan.
Weekly updates will be sent via a What's App group, with lots of photos.
Step nine
Build completion & collection
On your collection day we will give you a walkthrough of your build.
Here we will show you how everything works, give you all manuals and booklets and your custom Camperfy tops to join the tribe.
